The fan housing, including the attachments, is standardized. We have a well-established mass production system that can meet your requirements at any time.
Due to its excellent spiral structure and the use of a silencer with a noiseless air filter matched to the fan, the operation noise of the fan is much lower than before.
The rotor is a precision product that has been CNC machined. It has achieved complete dynamic balance during the manufacturing process, with minimal error and virtually no vibration.

1. Low noise. The intake and exhaust ports of the fan are in a spiral shape, allowing the intake and exhaust process to sequentially cut into the spiral line, thus avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that occur instantaneously during the exhaust of the old-style fan. 2. High thermal and volumetric efficiency, thus energy-saving. The Roots blower rotors utilize advanced compound curves for more rational meshing and increased volumetric efficiency.
4. Low vibration. Despite the rotor being precision-machined and already in a balanced state, a high-precision dynamic balancing device is still used for balancing. As a result, the fan operates with minimal vibration.
5. Utilizing high-precision, high-hardness synchronous gears, not only does it extend the lifespan of the fan, but also effectively reduces noise.
6. This series of fans utilizes imported Japanese or German bearings and Korean or Taiwanese rubber belts, enhancing the reliability of product quality.
7. Exhaust air is clean, free of any oil and dust. The reasonable sealing structure of the Roots blower prevents oil from entering the housing, thus ensuring clean air.
