The fan body, including the attachments, is standardized. We have a well-established mass production system, capable of meeting your requirements at any time.
Due to the excellent spiral structure and the use of a silencer with a noiseless air filter matched to the fan, the fan's operation noise is significantly lower than before.
The rotor is a precision product that has been numerically controlled machined. It has achieved complete dynamic balance during the manufacturing process, with no errors and minimal vibration.

1. Low noise level. The air inlet and outlet of the fan are designed with a spiral shape, allowing the intake and exhaust processes to sequentially cut in along the spiral line, thus avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that occur instantaneously during the exhaust of the old-style fan. 2. High thermal and volumetric efficiency, thus energy-saving. The Roots blower impeller utilizes advanced composite curves for better meshing and increased volumetric efficiency.
4. Low vibration. Although the rotor has been precision-machined and is already in a balanced state, it is still balanced using high-precision dynamic balancing equipment. As a result, the fan operates with almost no vibration.
5. Utilizing high-precision, high-hardness synchronous gears, the lifespan of the fan is extended and noise is effectively reduced.
6. This series of fans utilizes imported bearings from Japan or Germany, and imported rubber belts from South Korea or Taiwan, enhancing the reliability of the product quality.
7. Exhaust air is clean, free of any oil or dust. The positive displacement blower features a reasonable sealing structure, preventing oil from entering the housing, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the air.
