Product Introduction:
The three-leaf Roots blower is composed of four main parts: the casing, wall plate, impeller, and inlet and outlet silencers.
Shell: Primarily used for supporting wall panels, impellers, silencers, and fixation.
Panel: Primarily used to connect the housing with the impeller, supporting the impeller's rotation, and providing end face sealing.
Impeller: The rotating part of the Roots blower, available in two-blade and three-blade designs. Currently, due to the many advantages such as less exhaust pulsation, lower noise, and smoother operation, the three-blade Roots blower is gradually replacing the two-blade version.
Silencer: Reduces noise generated by the pulsating air flow in the intake and exhaust of a Roots blower.
Product Features:
① Constant volume fan, no internal compression; the gas conveyed has a mandatory flow, with minimal flow change with pressure variation.
② The product utilizes a three-blade linear impeller, featuring smooth intake and exhaust pulsation with low noise.
③ The impeller features a special curve design for more rational meshing, less leakage, higher efficiency, and lower energy consumption, making it a new type of energy-saving product.
④ The product utilizes various innovative structural designs, resulting in a compact, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing overall structure.
⑤ The product features high-precision hard toothed synchronous gears, offering a long service life and low noise.
⑥ Air supply is clean, free of any oil or dust particles.
Application Scope:
The three-leaf Roots blower is widely used in industries such as wastewater treatment, flour processing, aquaculture, pneumatic conveying, power generation, and cement. The product range features a broad air volume, dense grades, and high pressure, with nearly 20 models and over a hundred specifications.
