A soundproofing enclosure for fans is an effective measure to reduce the noise of high-noise equipment. It seals devices with excessive noise, effectively blocking the transmission of noise from high-noise equipment, and minimizing the impact of noise on the environment. It may cause inconvenience for equipment maintenance, monitoring, and pipeline layout, and is not conducive to heat dissipation of the covered devices, with most requiring ventilation facilities to cool the air inside the enclosure.
Acoustic Wind Turbine Enclosure Features: The soundproof enclosures produced by Jin Gong Machinery are composed of soundproof components and supporting structures. According to different requirements, the enclosure walls are made of 1.5-2mm galvanized steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal materials. Wind Turbine Noise Control Measures: In addition to considering the noise at the air outlet, the noise and vibration transmission of the wind turbine body should also be given due attention based on the on-site conditions. Since wind turbines generate a significant amount of noise during operation, and the noise level of wind turbines also increases with the increase of air volume and wind pressure. Common methods to solve wind turbine noise issues include:
(1) Noise from the casing and motor can be addressed by installing soundproof enclosures. Place the fan in a separate soundproofing chamber, and apply sound-absorbing and soundproofing treatments within the fan room.
(2) Install a silencer outside the fan exhaust outlet, equipped with internal noise-reduction inserts to continuously reduce noise through its specially designed structure. Silencers are an effective measure for reducing the noise radiation or transmission along the pipe of airodynamic equipment's intake and exhaust ports.
(3) Opt for noise-reducing louvers for the exterior exterior blinds on the ground floor as much as possible.
(4) Vibration dampers with damping spring hanger are used for the fan suspension.
(5) Perform overall vibration isolation treatment on the fan foundation.
