Due to its excellent spiral structure and the use of a muffler with a silent air filter matched to the same fan, the fan operates at a significantly lower noise level than before.

The rotor is a precision product that has been numerically controlled machined. It has achieved complete dynamic balance during the manufacturing process, with minimal error and virtually no vibration.

1. Low noise. The fan's intake and exhaust ports are shaped in a spiral, allowing the intake and exhaust processes to sequentially cut in along the spiral line, thus avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that occur instantaneously during the exhaust of old-style fans. 2. High thermal and volumetric efficiency for energy saving. The Roots blower rotors feature advanced composite curves for more rational meshing and increased volumetric efficiency.
4. Low vibration. Although the rotor has been precision machined and is already in a balanced state, it is still balanced using high-precision dynamic balancing equipment. As a result, the fan operates with almost no vibration.
5. Utilizing high-precision, high-hardness synchronous gears, not only does it extend the lifespan of the fan, but also effectively reduces noise.
6. This series of fans utilizes imported bearings from Japan or Germany, and imported rubber belts from Korea or Taiwan, ensuring enhanced product reliability.
7. Output air is clean, free of any oil or dust. The Roots blower features a reasonable sealing structure, preventing oil from entering the housing, thus ensuring clean air.
