The fan body, including the attachments, is standardized. We have a well-established mass production system capable of meeting your requirements at any time.

Due to its excellent spiral structure and the use of a silencer with a noiseless air filter that matches the fan, the operation noise of the fan is much lower than before.

The rotor is a precision product that has been processed through CNC. It has achieved complete dynamic balance during manufacturing, with no error and minimal vibration.

1. Low noise. The fan's intake and exhaust ports are shaped spirally, allowing the air intake and exhaust to sequentially cut into the spiral path, thus avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that occur instantaneously during the exhaust process of old-style fans. 2. High thermal and volumetric efficiency, thus energy-saving. The Roots blower rotor employs advanced compound curves, which result in more rational meshing and increased volumetric efficiency.
4. Low vibration. Despite the rotor being precision-machined and already in a balanced state, it is still balanced using high-precision dynamic balancing equipment. As a result, the fan operates with almost no vibration.
5. Utilizing high-precision, high-hardness synchronous gears, not only does it extend the lifespan of the fan, but also effectively reduces noise.
6. This series of fans utilizes imported Japanese or German bearings and imported South Korean or Taiwanese rubber belts, ensuring enhanced product reliability.
7. Exhaust air is clean, free of any oil or dust. The Roots blower features a reasonable sealing structure, preventing oil from entering the housing, thus ensuring the air remains clean.
