A variety of acrylic polyurethane (double) topcoats

1、Product Features:
A two-component packaged coating made from hydroxyl-containing acrylic resins, imported German hardeners, weather-resistant pigments, additives, solvents, etc. The paint film is vibrant in color, lustrous and full, tough and wear-resistant, heat and water-resistant, with excellent "three-protection" properties and high weather resistance.
 2、Instructions for Use:
Purpose:
Primarily used for exterior coatings on various vehicles, elevators, and industrial products.
(2) Construction Requirements:
Recommended Coating Passes: Two coats for spraying, dry film 60-80um; brushing or rolling requires 2-3 coats.
Primer paints for upstream applications: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy iron oxide intermediate coat, or other two-component epoxy rust-inhibiting paints, etc.
Surface Treatment: The preliminary paint should be fully dried, with all oil stains and debris thoroughly removed from the paint film.
Construction Conditions: Substrate temperature must be above the dew point by more than 3°C. Relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
3、Cautionary Notes:
Ensure proper ventilation and fire prevention during painting operations. Store in a well-ventilated, dry storage facility, away from direct sunlight and heat sources; cool down during hot summer months. Shelf life is one year; products can still be used after expiration if tested and approved. Shelf life: one year.
