Polyurethane sieve plate
Excellent wear resistance and long service life, its wear resistance is 3 to 5 times that of steel sieve plates, and more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber sieve plates.
2. Low maintenance workload, polyurethane sieve plates are not easily damaged, and have a long service life, thus significantly reducing maintenance volume and production downtime losses.
3. Total costs are low, despite the initial investment for polyurethane sieve plates of the same specification (area) being about twice that of stainless steel sieve plates. However, due to the polyurethane sieve plates having a lifespan 3 to 5 times longer than stainless steel plates, and with fewer maintenance and replacement needs, the overall cost is not high and it is economically very reasonable.
4. Excellent moisture resistance, capable of operation under water-based conditions. In water and oil mediums, the coefficient of friction between polyurethane and materials is reduced, facilitating better screening and increasing efficiency. Additionally, it prevents the adhesion of moist particles, and due to the reduced coefficient of friction, wear is minimized, leading to an extended service life.
5. Corrosion-resistant, non-flammable, odorless and tasteless.
6. Due to the rational design of the sieve holes and the manufacturing process of the sieve plate, particles within the limited size will not block the sieve holes.
7. Excellent vibration absorption and noise reduction capabilities, which can minimize noise and prevent the material on the sieve from being easily broken during vibration.
8. Due to the characteristic of secondary vibration in polyurethane, polyurethane sieve plates have an automatic cleaning function, thus ensuring high sieving efficiency.
9. Energy-saving and low consumption; the polyurethane has a lower density, much lighter than a steel sieve of the same size, thereby reducing the sieve machine's load, conserving electricity, and extending the sieve machine's lifespan.
