Polyurethane-edged sieve plates are a type of dewatering sieve product, also known as stainless steel strip sieve, vibration sieve module, dewatering sieve, etc. These sieve plates are primarily used for high-frequency vibration dewatering, fine coal screening, and gangue separation processes.
The screen mesh is a welded-type slot design, with the wire being trapezoidal in shape, wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. After welding, the screen slots are of a slot type, narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, effectively removing moisture and separating materials. The screen panels are equipped with polyurethane or rubber-coated edges, and during installation, they should be connected one after another or mounted directly onto the mounting bracket. Combined with side pressure plates, wedges, and shims, they form a large screening surface. The screen panels with polyurethane edges, due to the special properties of polyurethane—such as wear resistance, high plasticity, and flexibility—ensure a tightly sealed and solid structure of the screening surface, preventing any coal leakage or screen panel loosening.
