Extraction Tower

During the production process, there is a proportional relationship between the distillation tower's evaporation volume and the gas flow rate, and the flow rate is also proportional to the tower pressure difference. Therefore, controlling the pressure at the top and bottom of the tower ensures a specific evaporation volume. In operation, the tower top pressure can be stabilized through the tower top pressure regulating system, making it particularly important to maintain stable tower pressure. When the heat transfer oil temperature suddenly increases, the evaporation volume of the non-volatile components at the bottom of the tower increases, causing the sensitive plate temperature to rise. To control the sensitive plate temperature, it is necessary to increase the回流 rate or reduce the flow rate of the heat transfer oil, ensuring the quality of the product at the tower top.
During actual operation of the extraction tower, excessive evaporation can lead to entrainment of mist, resulting in reduced mass transfer efficiency between the gas and liquid phases, severely affecting product quality and causing liquid flooding. When the thermal oil temperature suddenly drops, the evaporation of non-volatile components at the tower bottom decreases, causing the sensitive plate temperature to drop. If the回流 rate is not promptly reduced, the sensitive plate temperature will drop significantly, and easily volatile components can be easily carried to the bottom, leading to a decrease in product quality in subsequent processes.
