Product Introduction:
High-rise Direct-Connection Mixing Water Unit is specifically designed for high-rise buildings, and belongs to a derivative system of the high-rise direct connection system. No need to install a mixing pump; simply add a temperature control regulating device and other control components to the water supply pipeline before the pressure pump of the existing high-rise direct connection supply equipment. This allows for active temperature adjustment in a certain proportion to meet the thermal medium temperature requirements of the user's heating system, satisfying the actual needs of all thermal users.
The equipment mixes a portion of the high-temperature external water supply with a portion of the low-temperature heating system return water to the temperature of the heating system supply, which is then pumped into the heating system. A part of the return water continues to mix, while another part returns to the external network after pressure adjustment, thereby directly connecting the low-temperature heating system with the high-temperature external network. Compared to using a heat exchanger unit, this method not only eliminates the loss of the heat exchanger but also significantly reduces the electrical consumption of the pump.
Product Composition:
The high-level direct connection mixing water system mainly consists of low-pressure network, booster pump, check valve, actuator, isolator, exhaust valve, radiator, filter, microcomputer control cabinet, and more.
Product Features:
The equipment is designed for heating systems in the same hot water network that combine both high-temperature and low-temperature water heating. It supplies heat to the low-temperature system, then directly connects the low-temperature heating system to the high-temperature external network. The device not only overcomes the many drawbacks of isolated heat transfer systems but also saves on both thermal and electrical energy. It features high automation, stable operation, a compact structure, and a small footprint.
