Plate heat exchanger units are a type of heat exchanger model, characterized by using plate heat exchangers, which have a higher heat transfer coefficient compared to tubular heat exchangers under the same pressure drop.3-5Three times, occupying one-third of the area of a tubular heat exchanger, with a heat recovery rate of up to90%Above.
Operating Principle:
Steam or high-temperature water, controlled by a temperature control valve, is delivered to the plate heat exchanger unit at the required flow rate for the heating system. The heat exchangers heat the return water of the heating (air conditioning) users through indirect heat exchange. The heated water first passes through a stainless steel core filter, then through a circulating pump into the heat exchanger, where it is heated and supplied to the users. This process repeats. Once the heat medium has exchanged heat in the plate heat exchanger unit, it returns to the primary heating network. The system's water loss is automatically compensated by a make-up pump at a set pressure, ensuring stable and normal operation of the system.
Application Scope:
This heat exchanger unit boasts advantages such as energy-saving, intelligence, and automation, and is widely applicable to civil buildings like factories, schools, residential complexes, and villas, as well as commercial buildings like shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, and resorts for heating, air conditioning, bathwater, domestic water, and swimming pool water in winter. It can also be used for preparing industrial process water and various locations requiring heat exchange.
