GLⅡ Radiator

The GLⅡ radiator is an air heat exchanger with a steel double circuit (two rows) or multi-circuit (four rows). The finned tubes are made by winding Φ18×2MM seamless steel pipes with 10×0.3MM corrugated steel strips, forming a spiral shape. The fin spacing is 3.2MM, and it can be configured with various surface tube counts, tube lengths, and row numbers to form multiple specifications. The in and out water pipes are located on the same side, with working heat sources being steam or hot water, and cold sources being cold water or saltwater. It can be used as an air heater or air cooler, making it an economical, durable, and versatile radiator.
GL II Type Coding Method:
Model - Tube Rows - Surface Tube Count - Surface Tube Length (inches) For example, if there are four rows with 10 surface tubes and each tube is 42 inches long, it would be GLⅡ-4-10-42.
2. UⅡ radiator

The UⅡ radiator is a finned tube suitable for both steam heating and hot water heating systems, with both the inlet and outlet connections on the same side. The inlet and outlet tubes are connected using U-shaped elbows, accommodating certain special installation requirements, such as the need for one end of the finned tube to be against a wall or other obstructions.
3. SRZ Type Radiator (Stainless Steel Radiator)

The SRZ type radiator is an air heater suitable for both steam and hot water systems for heating air, primarily used for air heating in forced-air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying equipment. It is a key component in hot air systems and is applied in the heating, ventilation systems of current industrial and mining enterprises, as well as in large buildings.
4. SRL Type Radiator

The SRL radiator comes in 37 different specifications and is composed of steel pipes and aluminum fin tube bundles. Therefore, the aluminum fins are in close contact with the steel pipes, offering excellent heat dissipation performance and reliable use.
The SRL type radiator uses steam or superheated water as the heat medium, with steam pressure up to 0.8MPA and superheated water temperature at 160°C. It is suitable for air heating in air conditioning systems and drying rooms.
5. SZL (A) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL(A) type heat exchanger comes in 37 different specifications. It is constructed using seamless steel tubes with an outer diameter of Φ21×2.0MM, aluminum finned tube with an outer diameter of Φ44MM, a stem diameter of Φ21MM, and a fin spacing of 2.8MM. The aluminum rolled fins are in close contact with the steel tube, offering excellent heat dissipation, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
6. SZL (B) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL (B) type heat exchanger is another type of air-to-air heat exchanger offered by our company. It is constructed with Φ25×2.5MM seamless steel tubes as the base tube, aluminum finned tubes with an outer diameter of Φ57MM, a stem diameter of Φ26.5MM, and a fin spacing of 2.8MM. It boasts excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics. It is applicable in industries such as dairy products, beer, food, starch, chemicals, papermaking, machinery, air conditioning, and dyeing.
7. BGL Type Stainless Steel Radiating Tube

The 1CR18NI9TI (stainless steel) air heat exchanger is an improved design to replace the original steel GLⅡ type finned tube, addressing its drawbacks such as corrosion resistance, cleanliness, rust-proneness, and short lifespan. However, this steam-type heat exchanger product can replace other copper and steel finned tube heat exchangers, while maintaining the same external dimensions as the steel GLⅡ.
8. FUL Floating Head Oil Heating Radiator

The FUL-type radiator is a heat exchange device that employs professional-grade steel-aluminum composite finned tubes and a floating head structure to compensate for thermal stress. As a result, it is an ideal choice for air heating and heat exchange using thermal oil (also known as organic thermal carrier or heat medium). In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textiles, dyeing and finishing, rubber, leather production, wood processing, and painting, achieving good results.
The steel-aluminum composite finned tube has superior manufacturing technology. It is rolled on a special machine, combining steel and aluminum tubes to ensure a tight bond between the steel base tube and aluminum fins. It boasts advantages such as low thermal resistance, excellent heat transfer performance, high strength, minimal fluid loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.
