Flame-retardant polyethylene composite rolls are a flame-retardant polyethylene surface composite with non-woven fabric, quartz sand, high polymer materials, etc., and are prepared with multiple production processes to have sound insulation and thermal insulation functions.
Application Scope:Applicable to floor insulation and soundproofing projects for residential buildings in new construction, expansion, and renovation, as well as for public building floor soundproofing projects.
Flame-retardant modified polyethylene composite roll material system features:
① Damping and vibration reduction, sound insulation and absorption: The high elastic hollow closed-cell high-density microcellular cavity resonates to reduce the frequency of sound transmission and the number of reflections to some extent.
②Waterproof and moisture-proof: Effectively prevents issues such as water leakage on residential indoor floors, roof coatings, and corner coatings from mildewing.
③ Prevent hollowing and cracking: The cement slurry in the concrete protective layer enters the gaps between the sand particles in the selected mechanical quartz sand layer, forming a strong mechanical interlocking effect, which reinforces the protective layer.
④ Adhesive Capability: The creep-resistant high-elastic adhesive ensures a robust bond between polyethylene organic materials and the concrete protective layer, maintaining high elasticity and extensibility, effectively mitigating stress and strain, and guaranteeing continuous adhesion to the concrete protective layer.
