1. Typically, for 58# paraffin wax, the solid content of the wax emulsion (including paraffin and emulsifier) ranges from 20% to 30%, with the emulsifier amount being 35% of the paraffin. To prepare 100 kg of 30% wax emulsion, you will need 70 kg of water, 23 kg of paraffin, and 7 kg of emulsifier.

2. Preparation Process: Heat the measured water to 80-90°C; at the same time, add the measured emulsifier to the measured paraffin and mix while heating until melted; then, add this mixture to the hot water above and stir until well blended, maintain temperature for 10 minutes, and cool to obtain a blue-lit thick emulsion.
