The manually-operated sandblasting booths, due to their economic practicality, simplicity in construction and convenience, and easy-to-use materials, significantly reduce the cost of sandblasting booth construction, and are widely accepted by many customers, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.

The main feature of the sandblasting room is that the operator is indoors during the sandblasting process. Protective suits and helmets prevent the operator from being struck by abrasive material, and the ventilation system provides fresh air to the operator through the helmet.

The shot blasting room is primarily used for large components or for processing very expensive parts with automatic shot blasting equipment. A nozzle manipulator installed within the shot blasting room can automatically blast the surface of the parts, while areas difficult to reach with automatic blasting can be completed manually. This maintains flexibility while reducing the need for a large number of shot blasting operators.

The abrasive transport method is another highlight of this equipment's design. In addition to the well-known flat conveyor belt with minimal installation depth, Disha has extensive experience in spiral conveyors and vibratory cross-grid abrasive transport technology. For large workpieces, open-air sandblasting is generally used.
