The manually-operated sandblasting booth, due to its economic practicality, simple and convenient construction, easy-to-use materials, significantly reduces the cost of the sandblasting booth, and is widely accepted by many customers, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.

The main feature of the sandblasting room is that the operator is indoors during the sandblasting process. Protective suits and helmets safeguard the operator from abrasive impacts, while ventilation systems supply fresh air to the operator through the helmet.

The shot blasting booth is primarily used for large components or for processing very expensive parts with automatic shot blasting equipment. A nozzle manipulator installed inside the booth can perform automatic shot blasting on the part surfaces. Areas that are difficult to reach with the automatic shot blasting process can be completed through manual shot blasting. This maintains flexibility while also reducing the number of operators required for the shot blasting process.

The abrasive transport method is another highlight of the equipment's design. Besides the well-known flat conveyance ground with minimal installation depth, Di Sha has extensive experience in spiral conveyance machines and vibratory cross-grid abrasive conveyance technology. For large workpieces, open-air sandblasting is generally used.
