The continuous process involves hanging the workpiece on a chain hook and passing it through the shot blasting chamber at a uniform speed in a continuous cycle. After entering the cleaning chamber, the workpiece is driven by an automatic rotation mechanism, rotating while moving forward and receiving the cleaning treatment.
Step-by-step assembly involves grouping workpieces by hanging them on hooks (usually).3A set of hooks (quantity varies based on the customer's work frequency and the entire cleaning line's length). The operational sequence is: loading → waiting → shot blasting (self-rotating) → waiting → unloading → waiting → loading, and this cycle repeats.
The accumulator system involves parking an unloaded trolley at a designated area in the workpiece loading zone, waiting for loading. Once loading is complete, the stopper automatically allows passage. As the trolley runs to the shot blasting room, it remains in a waiting state while the trolley inside the shot blasting room carries the workpieces undergoing cleaning and strengthening treatment. Upon completion of the shot blasting, the trolley leaves the shot blasting room, and the stopper in the waiting area automatically releases it to enter the shot blasting phase; simultaneously, the next trolley awaits. After the workpiece cleaning (strengthening) is finished, the trolley automatically runs back to the waiting area to await unloading. This continuous cycle repeats.
