The continuous process involves suspending the workpiece from a chain hook and passing it through the shot blasting chamber at a uniform speed in a continuous cycle. After entering the cleaning chamber, the workpiece rotates and advances while being cleaned, driven by an automatic rotating mechanism.
The step-type involves grouping workpieces by hanging them on hooks (usually).3A set of hooks (quantity varies based on the customer's work frequency and the entire cleaning line's length). The operational sequence is: feeding → waiting → shot blasting (self-rotating) → waiting → unloading → waiting → feeding, and this cycle repeats.
The accumulator style involves parking an unloaded trolley at a designated area in the workpiece loading zone, waiting for the material to be loaded. Once the loading is complete, the stopper automatically allows the trolley to proceed. The trolley runs to the shot blasting room, where it waits while a set of trolleys inside the room are blasting away and cleaning, or strengthening, the workpieces. When the trolley inside the shot blasting room finishes its blasting job and leaves the room, the stopper in the waiting area automatically releases, and the trolley enters the blasting stage; at the same time, the next trolley is waiting. After the workpiece on the trolley is cleaned (strengthened) and finished, it automatically runs back to the waiting area to await the next batch of material. This continuous cycle repeats.
