Roller-type shot blasting machines are primarily used in construction and other industries. Designed for large I-beam steel andHHigh-size steel structural components are stress-relieved and surface rust cleaned. During the cleaning process, the steel structural components or steel are conveyed into the cleaning machine's projection area by a variable-speed roller conveyor controlled by electricity. All surfaces are subjected to intense, dense shot blasting and friction from different coordinate directions, causing the oxidation scale, rust, and dirt to quickly fall off. This results in a smooth, clean surface on the steel, enhancing the adhesion of the paint film to the steel, improving the inherent quality of the steel, and extending its service life. Workpieces are loaded and unloaded at the inlets and outlets on both sides of the cleaning room. The shot and rust dust falling on the steel are swept away by the blowing device. The fallen shot and dust are transported to the hopper of the body and collected by the longitudinal and transverse screw conveyors, then lifted to the separator at the top of the machine. The clean shot falls into the separator hopper for reuse by the shot blasting machine. Dust generated during the shot blasting process is transported to the dust removal system through exhaust pipes, where it is purified and the clean air is released into the atmosphere. The granular dust is captured and collected in the dust removal device, ensuring that the air released into the atmosphere is clean and pollution-free.
