Tire-blasting machines are mainly used in construction and other industries. Used for large I-beams andHHigh-section steel structural components are stress-relieved and surface rust cleaned. During the cleaning process, the steel structural components or steel are conveyed into the cleaning machine's projection area by a variable-speed roller conveyor controlled by electricity. All surfaces are subjected to intense and dense shot blasting and friction from different coordinate directions, causing the oxidation scale, rust, and dirt to rapidly detach. This results in a smooth and clean surface on the steel, enhancing the adhesion of the paint film to the steel, improving the inherent quality of the steel, and extending its service life. The loading and unloading of workpieces occurs on the roller conveyors at both sides of the cleaning room. The shot and rust dust falling on the steel are blown away by the sweeping device. The fallen shot and dust are transported to the hopper of the room and collected by the longitudinal and transverse screw conveyors, then lifted to the separator at the top of the machine. The clean shots are then transferred to the separator hopper for reuse in the shot blasting process. Dust generated during shot blasting is transported to the dust removal system through exhaust pipes, where it is purified and the clean air is released into the atmosphere. The granular dust is captured and collected in the dust removal device, ensuring that the air released into the atmosphere is clean and pollution-free.
Roller-type shot blasting machineSuitable for surface cleaning of components, profiles, steel pipes, steel plates, and rebars. High efficiency, low cost.
