Bag filters are innovative, compact in size, easy to operate with flexibility, energy-efficient, high-performance, sealed operation, and versatile multi-functional filtration equipment. Bag filters are pressure-type filtration devices, primarily composed of components such as the filter cylinder, cylinder cover, quick-opening mechanism, and stainless steel filter baskets. The filter's interior is supported by a metal wire basket to hold the filter bags, where the liquid enters from the side entry of the filter housing and flows into the bags. After being filtered through the bags, the liquid exits from the outlet, while impurities are trapped inside the bags. They achieve precise filtration and solid-liquid separation.

Filter Bag Matching:

Select different filter bags under different operating conditions to meet the user's filtration requirements. Filtration precision ranges from 0.5um to 200um. Available filter bag materials include polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, etc. The most commonly used sizes are 180×430mm and 180×810mm.
