Automatic Thixotropy Adjustment Equipment System

The automatic viscosity control equipment is suitable for the CCL copper foil industry, a system designed to adjust the viscosity of adhesives. Our company's automatic viscosity control equipment can be set to the appropriate viscosity value according to the production process requirements, automatically adjusting to the set value and maintaining it (within a ±3-second range as measured by a standard measuring cup). This system is mainly composed of a viscosity control tank, a viscosity sensor, a level gauge, a stirrer, pipelines, a drive pump, valve bodies, and an operating system.
