The Shicheng Spiral Chute Ore Dressing Equipment consists of six main parts: ore feed distributor, ore feed chute, spiral chute, product extraction trough, product collection bin and trough support frame (including cross or triangular frame). The key component is the spiral chute connected by spiral blades. These blades are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (a type of elastomeric material) and are fastened together with anchor bolts. The selection surface of the spiral chute has a pre-fabricated wear-resistant layer. It boasts the advantages of lightness, durability, and sturdy everyday use. The distributor can be placed on the cross (or triangular) frame of the support table. IV. Equipment Operation Methods and Basic Principles of Shicheng Spiral Chute Manufacturers
The Shicheng spiral chute ore dressing equipment is set up, the equidistant lines are calibrated, and it is fixed in place with iron frames or wood at suitable positions. The stone sand is then transported to the 2 feed outlets at the top of the spiral by a slurry pump, supplemented with make-up water, and the slurry concentration is adjusted. Of course, the slurry swirls downward, creating a centripetal force in the flowing water on the rotating incline.
