For applications requiring corrosion resistance or high hygiene standards, stainless steel pumps can be selected. The YCBC Arc Magnetic Pump features arc gears, which are a new product jointly designed and developed with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and boasts __ level performance. The gear meshing is a rolling contact with a single point continuous engagement, resulting in no flow pulsation, smooth operation, low vibration, and minimal noise. This product is widely used in various industries such as shipbuilding, electricity, metallurgy, grain and oil, food, petroleum, and chemical engineering.
When selecting a magnetic gear pump, refer to the following steps:
1. For pumps with power less than 10KW, magnetic pumps are recommended to ensure optimal performance.
2. When the shaft power of the pump exceeds 10KW or the medium temperature is higher than 100℃, exercise caution when selecting domestic magnetic pumps. Restrictions should be placed on the material and structure of the magnetic steel and bearing materials, and a shielded pump should be chosen if necessary.
3. Currently, domestic magnetic pump manufacturers are generally medium to small-sized factories with relatively weak development and research capabilities. It is generally not advisable to entrust production factories with the development or research of pumps that exceed the product parameter range, in order to ensure engineering quality and progress.
4. The quality of the magnetic steel material affects the pump's lifespan, performance, and price. When placing an order, it should be specified that the magnetic steel material, supplier, and relevant specifications are clear. The material and lifespan of the sliding bearings should also be clearly defined.
