Lubrication of all pump components is automatically achieved during operation by utilizing the output medium.

2CY stainless steel gear pumps are mainly used for lubricating systems in machinery and equipment to transport lubricating oil. They are suitable for conveying oils with viscosities ranging from 5×10-6 to 1.5×10-3 m2/s (5-1500 cSt), and can handle lubricating oils with temperatures below 300℃. These stainless steel gear pumps can also transport oil without lubrication, beverages, and low-corrosive liquids. The 2CY series stainless steel gear pumps, when equipped with copper gears, can transport low flashpoint liquids such as gasoline and benzene. In addition to standard motors, these pumps can be customized with explosion-proof motors to meet customer requirements.

2CY Stainless Steel Gear Pump Structural Features:

This series of gear pumps is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves, and shaft end seals. The gears, after heat treatment, possess high hardness and strength and rotate together with the shafts inside replaceable shaft sleeves. All components within the pump are lubricated automatically during operation, utilizing the output medium.

The pump features a well-designed oil drain and return channel, which minimizes the torque force experienced by the gears during operation. Consequently, the bearing load is reduced, resulting in less wear and higher pump efficiency.

The 2CY series stainless steel gear pumps are equipped with a valve for overload protection. The full回流 pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure, and it can also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range as per actual requirements. However, note that this valve is not suitable for long-term operation as a pressure-reducing valve. An additional installation on the pipeline is required if needed.
