● YCB Series Arc Pump Applications:
Suitable for transporting oils or other liquids with properties similar to oils that do not contain solid particles or fibers, are non-corrosive, and have a temperature not exceeding 80°C, with a viscosity ranging from 5×10-6 to 1.5×10-3 m2/s (5-1500 cSt).
Used as transmission and booster pumps in oil transportation systems.

● Features of YCB Series Arc Gear Pumps:
This series of arc gear pumps is primarily composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves, and shaft-end seals. The gears, after heat treatment, possess high hardness and strength and are mounted with the shafts inside replaceable shaft sleeves for operation. The lubrication of all pump components is achieved automatically during operation by utilizing the output medium.
The YCB series arc gear pumps feature reasonably designed oil drain and return channels, resulting in less torque force on the gears during operation. This leads to lower bearing load and wear, as well as higher pump efficiency.
The pump is equipped with a valve for overload protection. The full回流 pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure, and it can also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, note that this valve is not suitable for long-term operation as a pressure-reducing valve. An additional installation on the pipeline is required if needed.
The YCB series of arc gear pumps rotate clockwise when viewed from the outward extension of the main shaft towards the pump.
