The KCB gear oil pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oils or other liquids with similar properties that do not contain solid particles or fibers, are non-corrosive, and have a temperature not exceeding 80°C, with a viscosity ranging from 5×10^-6 to 1.5×10^-3 m^2/s (5-1500 cSt).
KCB Gear Oil Pump Structural Characteristics
This series of KCB gear pumps is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves, and shaft-end seals. The gears are heat-treated for high hardness and strength and operate together with the shafts inside replaceable shaft sleeves. All parts inside the pump are lubricated automatically during operation using the output medium. The pump features well-designed oil discharge and return slots, which result in a low torque force on the gears during operation, thereby reducing bearing load and wear, and increasing pump efficiency.
The KCB gear pump features a simple and compact structure, is easy to use and maintain, operates smoothly, and is widely used.
KCB Gear Oil Pumps Application Range
This type of gear pump is suitable for transporting media with a viscosity not exceeding 150 mm²/s, a temperature not exceeding 120°C, non-corrosive, free of hard particle impurities and fibers, heavy oil, diesel, mechanical oil, vegetable oil, and other similar liquids.
This type of gear pump is mainly used for the transfer, pressure increase, and fuel oil of oil-based media in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, power stations, etc. It can also be used as a lubrication pump in large-scale machinery and equipment, including in rare oil circulation systems.
In oil transportation systems, used as transmission and pressure pumps; in fuel systems, used for conveyance, pressurization, and _ fuel pumps; suitable for lubrication pumps in all industrial fields.
