In the activated sludge process, the selection of aeration devices is crucial. Currently, various types of aeration devices have their own advantages and disadvantages. In response to the issue of easy clogging in wastewater from papermaking and chemical industries, our company has launched the CZ-130 Turbulent Aerator. This aerator is a result of our adoption of Japanese technology, which has been proven effective in preventing clogging through extensive experimentation and engineering practice.
CZ-130 Turbulent Aerator Introduction
1) Features of CZ-130 Turbulent Aerator:
High dissolved oxygen rate, maintains consistent performance year-round without degradation.
② No need for bottom fixing during installation, as there is no clogging, cleaning operations do not require drainage.
③ Low airway resistance, saving on electricity;
④Simple installation and maintenance-free
⑤ Water-resistant during installation, easy to set up.
⑥ High oxygen dissolution efficiency;
Service area is large, with each aeration head covering 4-16m³ per set.
⑧ 10-year lifespan.
The working principle of the CZ-130 Turbulent Aerator: The gas emitted by the CZ Turbulent Aerator, driven by strong centrifugal force and impact force, vigorously mixes the gas-sludge water, achieving the effect of oxygen being forcibly dissolved.
The principle of dissolved oxygen for the CZ-130 type vortex aeration device:
1) Air is discharged through a 20mm large aperture, and the air, which has a much lower density than water, will rise in the water with great momentum.
2) Due to the negative pressure generated internally in the aeration device, approximately 1.3 times the air volume of activated sludge water is drawn into the aeration device.
3) The intense vortices generated by the cross plate better mix mud and air.
4) Air-sand mixture is crushed into a fine particle cloud, oxygen is forced to dissolve in the water.
5) Water and air rise at an extremely fast speed of 1.8 meters per second, achieving uniform mixing within the trough.
CZ-130 Type Turbulent Aeration Device Installation
The CZ-130 type vortex aeration blower does not require entry into the aeration tank for operation. It can be lifted and installed as a whole, directly placed into the tank, and connected to the main pipe. The release of gas, accompanied by strong momentum, rapidly rises at a speed of 1.8 m/s. The reactive force of the air flow presses the aeration blower against the bottom of the pool, so drainage and fixation are not necessary.
The installation of the CZ-130 Turbulent Aerator has the following advantages:
1) Low number of aeration devices
2) Fewer pipe joints.
3) Low construction costs.
4) Short construction period
