Daogu (Jiangsu) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is an engineering team specializing in powder research, contract processing, and manufacturing, committed to the development of powder materials and optimization of powder-making equipment.
Since 1980, we have been researching 1250 mesh talc powder, and in 1985, we achieved a technological breakthrough by surpassing the 5000 mesh threshold and developed a talc powder grading machine.
In 1999, we collaborated with Lanxess (formerly DSM) to develop PA6, PA66, and PA12 for ambient processing, achieving mass production in 2000.
Developed the room temperature processing technology for hot melt adhesives such as EVA, TPU, PE, and TPEE in 2005.
Entered the low-temperature crushing industry in 2014, achieved a 200-mesh ETFE crushing efficiency of over 60% in 2015. ETFE, also known as ethylene, is a technology exclusively held by DuPont in the U.S., Daikin in Japan, and Asahi Glass in Japan.
Entered the 3D printing industry in 2018, thus establishing Daoxin New Materials Co., Ltd. to develop advanced powder processing technologies.
In 2018, collaborated with Fuyuan Andato (formerly Johnson Controls) to develop a project for the recycling of foam skin backfill. The terminal testing was completed in August 2019, with an expected annual savings of over 8 million yuan.
In 2020, we collaborated with AGC to develop the domestic ETFE crushing technology. As of July 2021, the product has initially met Asahi Glass's technical requirements.
In 2023, we collaborated with COATS to develop an alternative for importing raw materials for powder production. By December 2023, the product quality met COATS' technical requirements at an initial stage.
