Concept Introduction 

Polypropylene, a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing propylene, is categorized into three types based on the arrangement of methyl groups: isotactic polypropylene, atactic polypropylene, and syndiotactic polypropylene. It is odorless, tasteless, and has a low density, with superior strength, rigidity, hardness, and heat resistance compared to low-pressure polyethylene, allowing for use around 100°C. It exhibits good dielectric properties and high-frequency insulating properties, unaffected by humidity, but becomes brittle at low temperatures, is not wear-resistant, and tends to age easily. Suitable for manufacturing general mechanical parts, corrosion-resistant parts, and insulating parts.PPPowder ProcessingCommon acids, bases, and other organic solvents have little effect on it, and it is suitable for food utensils.

Culture, entertainment, food, healthcare, materials, home decor, household appliances, plastic piping, high-transparency materials, PP film, woven bags, etc. (For woven PP bags, in addition to granulated PP, powdered PP can also be used, which is the PP powder produced by the extrusion process and modified by adding LDPE granules.)。
