Road Thermal Marking Paint

Thermal melt line marking coating thickness is (1.5～2.5)mm, mixed with reflective glass beads within the paint, and the surface is sprinkled with reflective glass beads during application. This type of marking has excellent night-time reflective properties.

Hot melt road marking has the following characteristics:

1. Adhesion: The special formula has excellent bonding with the road surface, apply the coating before marking to enhance the bond between the paint and the road, making it more robust.

2. Anti-slip: Contains anti-slip additives, ensuring the paint maintains excellent leveling properties and superior anti-slip performance, maximizing driving safety.

3. Reflectivity: Contains an adequate amount of high-quality glass microspheres with stable refractive index, and scientifically selects a mixed-type glass microsphere with different particle ratios based on the sedimentation rate of glass microspheres to ensure that new and old markings maintain excellent reflective performance.

4. Dryness: Offers different formulas based on varying construction conditions, ensuring a 3-5 minute dry-to-drive time and maintaining excellent anti-fouling properties.

5. Stability: Contains UV stabilizers and is made from materials with excellent light and thermal stability, ensuring the marking lines maintain their original state and color over a long period.
