
An electric push rod is a hydraulic actuator that integrates machinery, electricity, and fluid power, suitable for applications requiring reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) motion, as well as for lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces. It also enables centralized or automatic control from a distance in hazardous areas.
Structural performance
The hydraulic control valve assembly mainly consists of a pressure relief valve, a suction check valve, a flow control valve (as per customer's request), and a hydraulic lock valve (directional control valve).
Also, based on the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic push rod, design different functional oil circuit combination valves to meet its working requirements. Generally, there are push-out self-locking and pull-out options.
The return mechanism features both self-locking for retraction and push/pull operations; the operating speed can be adjustable or non-adjustable. The working angles of the electro-hydraulic actuator include horizontal push, upward push (including diagonal upward), and downward push (including diagonal downward), among others. The main advantages of the electro-hydraulic actuator are as follows:
(1) Compact structure, easy to install, takes up minimal space, and simple maintenance.
(2) Can start under load with overload protection feature.
(3) The circuit is equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic lock, allowing it to stop at any position within the specified travel range and automatically lock, while maintaining a consistent output force.
(4) Push-pull force and speed (as per customer's requirement) are infinitely adjustable, with a wide range of driving power.
(5) In case of power failure, the push rod will automatically lock to prevent accidents.
(6) Full hydraulic transmission ensures sensitive operation, smooth running, and effective shock absorption. Travel control (≥0.5mm) is available.
(7) Integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic all-enclosed structure; the working oil circuit circulates within a pressureless, sealed steel cylinder, featuring a compact size and oil-tightness, suitable for harsh conditions.
