Mechanical pressure switches operate based on pure mechanical deformation triggering microswitches. As pressure increases, it causes deformation in different sensor pressure components (diaphragms, bellows, pistons), which move upwards. This movement is then transmitted through mechanical structures like the bar spring, activating the microswitch at the top, resulting in an electrical signal output. This is the principle behind the pressure switch.
