Pressure switch activation
Pressure switches are primarily used on air compressors to regulate their start/stop status. They achieve this by adjusting the pressure within the air storage tank, allowing the compressor to rest and shut down, thereby contributing to machine maintenance. During the factory commissioning of air compressors, adjustments are made according to the customer's requirements.lSet the constant pressure, then set a pressure difference. For example, as the compressor starts and fills the air tank, it stops or unloads when the pressure reaches 10 kg. When the pressure drops to 7 kg, the compressor restarts. This pressure difference allows the compressor to rest, serving as a protective measure. The compressor is directly driven by an electric motor, causing the crankshaft to rotate, which in turn drives the connecting rod to make the piston reciprocate, altering the cylinder volume. Due to the pressure change inside the cylinder, air is drawn through the air filter (muffler) into the cylinder via the intake valve. During the compression stroke, as the cylinder volume decreases, compressed air passes through the exhaust valve and flows through the quality flow meter via the exhaust pipe and a one-way valve (check valve) into the air tank. The compressor automatically shuts off when the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7 MPa, controlled by a pressure switch. When the air tank pressure drops to 0.5-0.6 MPa, the pressure switch automatically connects and starts the compressor.

Our products are utilized in lubrication technology, hydraulic clamping systems, pressure hydraulic systems, pneumatic tool change or door systems, as well as vacuum or filter monitoring systems.
Factory machinery is a costly investment. Therefore, high-quality components are necessary to ensure your equipment operates reliably and efficiently.
We have optimized mechanical pressure switches and electronic systems for durability and flexibility.
All pressure switches and sensors are durability tested and internally adjusted, setting the standard for pressure monitoring in the factory and machinery industry.
Offer a variety of pressure switches and pressure transmitters, optimized for multiple applications.
In addition to our standard range of pressure switches, we have developed customized special solutions to address individual technical challenges. DIN and M12 plug-in connectors offer safe and simple electrical connections, with a compact design allowing for smaller unit usage of transmitters.
The working principle of the mechanical pressure switch is: When the measured pressure exceeds the rated value, the free end of the elastic element moves, directly or after comparison, to push the switch element, changing the switch element's on-off state, thereby controlling the measured pressure. Typically, it uses an "electrical contact pressure gauge," which is a common tube spring pressure gauge with a digital pressure switch and two electrical contacts. It can connect to electrical contacts for varying high and low pressures, thus maintaining pressure between upper and lower limits. These electrical contacts have a small capacity, only capable of switching the control coil of a contactor. The control position on the pressure switch can be adjusted. The characteristics of this mechanical pressure switch are: inexpensive, easy to use, but with lower accuracy, shorter lifespan, and a complicated and inconvenient control point setup.
