(6) Excellent rust resistance to prevent surface corrosion of the metal.

(1) Maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic system by promptly removing sludge and metal shavings from the oil tank. (2) Change the oil according to the oil change reference indicators. Clean all parts of the equipment during oil changes to prevent impurities from mixing into the oil, which could affect performance. (3) During storage and use, containers and oil-filling tools must be clean to prevent contamination of the oil. (4) This oil is primarily suitable for hydraulic pumps for steel-steel friction pairs. When used with hydraulic pumps for other material friction pairs, it is mandatory to have the pump manufacturer or supplier recommend the applicable pump load limits for this product.


HR hydraulic oil is used in medium and low-pressure hydraulic systems with significant fluctuations in environmental temperatures. This oil boasts excellent anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties and is further enhanced with a viscosity index improver, resulting in good viscosity-temperature characteristics. Due to its small usage, this type of oil has not been extensively developed yet, and will not be detailed here.

HV, HS Low Temperature Hydraulic Oils
