I. Product Performance Description
1. Our industrial sliding doors are primarily used for exterior and interior doors in warehouses, garages, factories, and airport terminals.
2. Features include smooth operation, low noise, thermal insulation, wind and dust resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Lifespan: The normal lifespan of industrial sliding doors is not less than 200,000 cycles.
4. Wind Pressure Resistance: Industrial sliding doors must have a wind pressure resistance of not less than 750Pa. Special performance requirements can be addressed through enhanced measures.
5. Insulation Performance: Insulation performance not less than Grade 6 as specified in GB/T8484-2002 "Classification and Testing Methods for Insulation Performance of External Windows of Buildings."
6. Actuation Control: The actuation control device is sensitive and lightweight. The opening and closing speed is 10-15m/min, with noise below 65dB. In the event of a power outage, manual operation is used for opening and closing, with an actuating force under 100N.
7. Operating Voltage: AC 220V/380V, Power: 0.75kW/1.5kW/2.2kW.
8. Control System Performance: Optional wireless remote control device with an effective range over 30 meters, featuring manual buttons as well. The control system operates normally under temperatures of -10℃ to 40℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
II. Product Advantages
1. Door Panel: Composite steel door panel with a total thickness of 40mm/50mm options. Outer and inner steel plates are 0.45mm thick, filled with high-density polyurethane foam, and equipped with a protective film. It features built-in reinforcing ribs and double-sided strips for a luxurious and spacious appearance. Each door panel has evenly spaced grooves on the inner wall to enhance the door's impact resistance.
2. Filling: Filled with non-fluorinated polyurethane foam material at 45kg/m3 in the middle, reinforced with steel strips for excellent heat preservation, insulation, insulation, and noise reduction.
3. The surface steel plate joints are robust and sealed, ensuring the overall strength and reliability of the door panel.
4. Edging: The two end surfaces of the door panels are sealed with painted hot-dipped steel sheets, sturdy and durable. The hinges are securely fastened to the edging, enhancing the overall strength.
5. Sealing: All doors are equipped with top, bottom, and sealing strips, as well as sealing strips at the junction of the track and door panel, ensuring an excellent sealing effect.
6. Balancing System: The overhead door is balanced by high-tensile springs, with a lifespan of 100,000 cycles. All spring surfaces are electroplated for enhanced corrosion resistance. The torsion spring material is 60SI2Mn, and different types of torsion springs are chosen based on the door size and lifting method. A well-designed torsion spring can effectively balance the door's own weight, allowing the door to stop at any position without the motor, reducing the motor's stress and extending its lifespan (high-quality torsion springs enable the sliding door to rise and lower smoothly with minimal pulling force from the motor).
7. External Handle: The door features an aesthetically pleasing built-in handle at the bottom, facilitating manual opening.
8. Small Door: An optional pedestrian door can be installed within the main door to ensure pedestrian safety.
9. Door with Small Window: Double-layer transparent thermal insulating acrylic glass window, sealed and fixed with double-sided sealing strips between the window frame and the acrylic glass. Rubber frame (optional).
10. Rails: All made from hot-dipped galvanized steel plate, passivation treated for high corrosion resistance; aesthetically pleasing, with high strength and resistance to deformation; ensures smooth operation along the fixed track of the sliding door.
11. Wheels: Equipped with steel roller (distinguishing from regular plastic wheels), sturdy and durable.
12. Guide Rail Reinforcement: To strengthen the door body and ensure the installation strength of the sliding door guide rail, prevent deformation of the rail, and make the door body robust and durable; during the installation of large overhead industrial doors, steel guide rail reinforcement is installed on both sides of the door opening (the rail is enclosed and fixed within the reinforcement). The guide rail is made of cold-rolled steel, which can moderately guarantee the door body's sturdiness.

Wire Rope Break Preventer and Torsion Spring Break Preventer Device
Anti-fall device, in any case of accidental breakage of the torsion spring or wire rope, the anti-breakage safety bracket of the wire rope automatically opens to prevent the door from falling, with a reaction time of 0.1 seconds; the door will stop within a range of 10 cm.
2. Safety Protection Device
The door reverses upward upon detection of a person or object passing through during closure, serving as a protective measure. Reaction time is 0.1 seconds. The safety device will continue to reverse the door until it is fully open.
Safety devices comply with EN 12453:2000 and EN 12445:2000 standards.
