I. Product Performance Description
1. Our industrial sliding doors are primarily used as exterior and interior doors in warehouses, garages, factories, and airport terminals.
2. Features stable operation, low noise, thermal insulation, wind and dust resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Service Life: The normal service life of industrial sliding doors is not less than 200,000 cycles.
4. Wind Resistance Performance: The wind resistance value of industrial sliding doors must not be less than 750Pa. Special performance can be enhanced upon request.
5. Insulation Performance: Insulation performance not less than level 6 as specified in GB/T8484-2002, "Classification and Test Methods for Insulation Performance of External Windows of Buildings."
6. Opening and Closing Control: The control device is sensitive and lightweight. The opening and closing speed is 10-15 m/min, with noise level less than 65 dB. In the event of a power outage, manual operation is used for opening and closing, with an action force of less than 100N.
7. Working Voltage: AC 220V/380V, Power: 0.75kW/1.5kW/2.2kW.
8. Control System Performance: Optional wireless remote control device with an effective range over 30 meters, featuring a manual button. The control system operates normally at temperatures between -10℃ and 40℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
II. Product Advantages
1. Door Panel: The door body features a color steel composite door panel, available in two thicknesses of 40mm/50mm. The inner and outer steel plates are 0.45mm thick, filled with high-density polyurethane foam material, and equipped with a protective film. It includes reinforced ribs and double-sided strips, exuding luxury and elegance. Each door panel inner wall has evenly spaced grooves to enhance the door's impact resistance.
2. Filling: Center-filled with 45kg/m3 of non-fluorinated polyurethane foam material, internally reinforced with steel strips, offering excellent thermal insulation, heat preservation, insulation, and soundproofing effects.
3. The surface steel plates are firmly joined without any gaps, ensuring the door panel's overall strength and reliability.
4. Edging: The two end surfaces of the door panels are sealed with painted hot-dipped steel plates, offering strength and durability. The hinges are securely fastened to the edging, enhancing the stability.
5. Sealing: All doors are equipped with top and bottom seals, as well as seals at the junction of the track and door panel, ensuring an excellent sealing effect.
6. Balance System: The overhead door is balanced by high-tension springs, which have a lifespan of 100,000 cycles. All spring surfaces are electroplated for enhanced corrosion resistance. The torsion spring material is 60SI2Mn, and different models of torsion springs are selected based on the door size and lifting method. Good torsion springs can effectively balance the door's own weight, allowing the door to stop at any position without the motor, reducing the motor's load and extending its service life (high-quality torsion springs require minimal pulling force from the motor to smoothly raise and lower the sliding door).
7. External Handle: The door features an aesthetically pleasing built-in handle at the bottom, facilitating manual door opening.
8. Small Door: An optional pedestrian door can be installed within the main door to ensure pedestrian safety.
9. Door with Small Window: Double-layer transparent insulating organic glass window, sealed and fixed with double-sided sealing strips between the window frame and the organic glass. Rubber frame (optional).
10. Tracks: Made of hot-dipped galvanized steel plates, with passivation treatment for high corrosion resistance; aesthetically pleasing, with high strength and resistance to deformation; ensures smooth operation of the sliding door along the fixed track.
11. Wheel: Accompanied by steel roller (distinguishing from ordinary plastic roller), sturdy and durable.
12. Rail Reinforcement: To strengthen the door structure and ensure the installation strength of the sliding door track, prevent track deformation, and make the door durable, steel auxiliary rails are installed on both sides of the door opening when installing large-scale lifting industrial doors (the tracks are enclosed within the auxiliary rails for fixation). These auxiliary rails are made of cold-rolled steel and can effectively limit the door's structural integrity.
Section 3: Composition of Safety Protection Devices
Wire Rope Break Prevention and Torsion Spring Break Prevention Device
Anti-fall device, in case of accidental breakage of the torsion spring or wire rope under any circumstances, the anti-breakage safety bracket for the wire rope automatically opens to prevent the door from falling, with a reaction time of 0.1 seconds; the door will stop within a range of 10 cm.
2. Safety Protection Device:
The door reverses and bounces upwards if a person or object passes through during closure, activated by a safety device for protective purposes. Reaction time is 0.1 seconds. The safety device will continue to reverse the door until it is fully open.
The safety protection devices comply with the requirements of EN 12453:2000 and EN 12445:2000 standards.
