Ultrasonic Cleaning Principle
High-frequency oscillating signals emitted by the ultrasonic generator are converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillations by a transducer and transmitted into the medium—the cleaning solvent. Ultrasound radiates alternately in the cleaning liquid, creating a flow and producing tens of thousands of microbubbles with diameters ranging from 50 to 500 μm. These bubbles grow and form under the negative pressure of the ultrasonic longitudinal propagation and quickly collapse in the positive pressure zone. In this process, known as cavitation, the bubble collapse can generate hundreds of degrees of high temperature and over 1000 atmospheres of instantaneous high pressure. The continuous generation of this instantaneous high pressure acts like a series of small explosions impacting the surface, rapidly stripping away dirt from the surface and crevices, thereby achieving the goal of surface purification.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Features
Compared to ultrasonic cleaning and various chemical, physical, electrochemical, and materialization cleaning methods, it boasts the following unique advantages:
Rapidly and thoroughly removes various dirt from workpiece surfaces.
○ Capable of cleaning complex-shaped precision parts with cavities, grooves, etc., without damaging the workpiece surface.
Effectively reduces pollution and minimizes the harm of toxic solvents to humans.
○ Various cleaning agents can be used to achieve different effects based on different solvents, such as: degreasing, rust removal, or phosphatizing.
Significantly reduce labor intensity and eliminate potential hazards, such as saving solvents, paper, energy, workspace, and labor.
Application Scope
The immersion ultrasonic vibration plate consists of two parts: the vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator. It is suitable for placement inside various cleaning tanks, serving as an ultrasonic cleaning machine. The vibration plate can be designed in three different orientations—bottom, side, and top—depending on the installation location, each achieving different cleaning effects.
Features
○ 100% imported stainless steel construction, acid and alkali resistant.
The ultrasonic vibration plate and ultrasonic generator are separate units, connected by a high-frequency line socket for easy operation and maintenance.
○Flexible installation and layout; the vibration plate radiation surface can be mounted on the bottom, side, or top of the cleaning trough as needed.
