Ultrasonic Cleaning Principle

High-frequency oscillation signals emitted by the ultrasonic generator are converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillations by the transducer and propagated into the medium—cleaning solvent. The ultrasound radiates alternately in the cleaning liquid, creating thousands of tiny bubbles with diameters ranging from 50 to 500 μm due to the liquid flow. These bubbles form, grow, and rapidly collapse in the positive pressure zone, while forming negative pressure in the longitudinal propagation of the ultrasound. In this process, known as cavitation, the bubble collapse can generate hundreds of high temperatures and over 1000 atmospheres of instantaneous high pressure. The continuous generation of this instantaneous high pressure is like a series of small explosions impacting the surface, rapidly removing dirt and impurities from the surface and crevices, achieving the goal of surface purification.

Application Scope

The immersion ultrasonic vibration plate consists of two parts: the vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator, suitable for placement inside various cleaning tanks to become an ultrasonic cleaning machine. The vibration plate size and wire conduit direction can be made into three types—bottom vibration, side vibration, and top vibration—depending on the installation location, each achieving different cleaning effects.
