1、Definition:

2、Operating Principle:
The LTAPE evaporator's energy source is a single refrigerant heat pump unit, which can provide a heat source of 50~60℃ and a cold source of 15~20℃. During the evaporation process, the heat source heats and atomizes the waste acid to produce acid vapor. The acid vapor is then transported by wind to the condenser, where it is condensed back into a liquid using the cold source, achieving the separation of evaporation. The entire process is conducted under atmospheric pressure.
3、Application Fields
① Concentrated phosphoric acid; concentrated sulfuric acid.
② Recycling, purification, and concentration of volatile acids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and oxalic acid;
③ Evaporation of other volatile, non-volatile acids;
④ Separation of salts from waste acid.
⑤ Evaporation treatment of ordinary wastewater.
4、Features of LTAPE Evaporator

③ Our unique heat exchanger and energy-saving unit structure design, coupled with material selection, allows the evaporator to withstand prolonged corrosion from high concentrations of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid, and can handle almost all waste acids; utilizing refrigerant heat pump technology, the overall energy efficiency ratio using electricity is6.5~7.0, low energy consumption. Operating cost is 180~320 yuan/ton for recycled acid.
