1、Definition:
LTAPE EvaporatorShort Name for Low-Temperature Atmospheric EvaporatorLow Temperature Atmospheric Pressure EvaporatorA new concept evaporator made of plastic material, utilizing a refrigerant heat pump as its energy source and operating under atmospheric pressure.
2、Working Principle:
The LTAPE evaporator's main energy source is one refrigerant heat pump unit, which can provide a heat source of 50~60℃ and a cold source of 15~20℃. During evaporation, the heat source heats and atomizes the waste acid, producing acid vapor. The acid vapor is then transported by wind to the condenser, where it is condensed using the cold source to form condensate liquid, achieving the goal of evaporation separation. The entire process is conducted under atmospheric pressure.
3、Application Fields
① Concentration of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid.
② Recycling, purification, and concentration of volatile acids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and oxalic acid;
③ Evaporation of other volatile and non-volatile acids;
④ Separation of salts from waste acid.
⑤ Evaporation treatment of ordinary wastewater.
4、Features of LTAPE Evaporator
① Evaporator body, pump, pipeline valves, etc., are all forPPH, FRP, PTFE, and other organic materials offer excellent corrosion resistance, preventing internal and external, as well as external and internal corrosion from acidic liquids and fogs.
② Operates at atmospheric pressure and low temperatures, ensuring greater stability in pump operation and a safer working process.And conventional graphite evaporators, enameled kettle evaporators are allOperating at 100℃ fails to address the sealing issues caused by thermal expansion and contraction, leading to equipment often being corroded and damaged by acidic gases leaking from the outside.
③ Our unique heat exchanger, energy-saving device structure design, and material selection enable the evaporator to withstand long-term corrosion from high concentrations of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid, and can handle almost all waste acids; utilizing refrigerant heat pump technology, the overall energy efficiency ratio using electrical power can reach6.5~7.0, low energy consumption. Operating cost is 180~320 yuan per ton of recycled acid.
