Vibration and noise can affect the surrounding environment, harm human health, damage buildings, and reduce the accuracy of machinery and equipment, particularly disrupting the operation of valuable instruments. Moreover, the vibration generated can also damage the machinery itself, shortening its lifespan. Therefore, using elastic elements to isolate vibration and prevent its transmission is an ideal method to eliminate vibration, protect the environment, buildings, machinery, and equipment.
Our factory's damper design incorporates the characteristics of steel spring dampers, overcoming the phenomenon of resonance at low damping ratios. It can maintain vibration isolation efficiency without reduction when the damping ratio is increased to 0.15-0.18 (with a higher damping ratio of 0.085). Thus, our damper combines the low-frequency characteristics of steel spring dampers with the high damping ratio of rubber dampers, eliminating the unique resonance of steel springs, ensuring smooth operation from start to stop (vibration amplitude A=0.01mm) with a stopping time of 1.6 seconds. After installing the damper, the equipment can quickly navigate through the resonance zone during start-up and shutdown, maintaining balance without swaying, with a vibration isolation efficiency of ≥85%. This allows the damper to support the total weight of the equipment without the need for a large concrete base, and it can be installed on the ground, floors, or platforms without the use of anchor bolts, significantly reducing installation time. It is a simple, cost-effective, multi-functional universal damping spring suspension damper with an appropriate speed.
Our vibration dampers are made with 60Si2Mn spring steel, offering advantages such as fatigue resistance, high strength, large bearing capacity, and long service life.
