Various vibrations and noises can affect the surrounding environment, harm human health, damage buildings, and reduce the accuracy of machinery and equipment, especially causing interference to the use of valuable instruments. Moreover, the vibration generated can also damage the machine itself, shortening its service life. Therefore, isolating vibration with elastic elements and preventing the transmission of vibration is an ideal method to eliminate vibration and protect the environment, buildings, machinery, and equipment.
Our factory's vibration isolator design incorporates the characteristics of steel spring isolators, overcoming the phenomenon of resonance at low damping ratios. It can maintain a vibration isolation rate of ≥85% even when the damping ratio is increased to 0.15-0.18 (with a higher damping ratio of 0.085). This ensures that there is no excitation (amplitude A=0.01mm) during the transition from driving to parking, with a parking time of 1.6 seconds. After installing the vibration isolator, the equipment can quickly navigate through the resonance zone during start-up and shutdown without swinging, providing stable operation. This isolator, which combines the low-frequency characteristics of steel spring isolators and the high damping ratio of rubber isolators, eliminates the specific resonance of steel springs. It is a simple, fast, and cost-effective multi-functional universal damping spring suspension isolator that can support the total weight of the equipment. It can be installed on the ground, floors, or platforms and does not require anchor bolts, significantly reducing installation time.
Our shock absorbers are made with 60Si2Mn spring steel, offering advantages such as fatigue resistance, high strength, large load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
