Vibration and noise of various types can affect the surrounding environment, harm human health, damage buildings, and reduce the accuracy of machinery and equipment, particularly disrupting the operation of valuable instruments. Moreover, the vibration generated can also damage the machinery itself, shortening its lifespan. Therefore, using elastic elements to isolate vibration and prevent its transmission is an ideal method to eliminate vibration, protect the environment, buildings, machinery, and equipment.
Our factory's damper design incorporates the characteristics of steel spring dampers, overcoming the phenomenon of resonance when the damping ratio is low. It can protect against a decrease in vibration isolation rate when the damping ratio is increased to 0.15-0.18 (with a higher damping ratio of 0.085). Therefore, our damper maintains the low-frequency characteristics of steel spring dampers, achieving vibration isolation for high, medium, and low-frequency disturbances while also possessing the high damping ratio characteristic of rubber dampers. This allows for the elimination of the unique resonance phenomenon of steel springs, ensuring no excitation (amplitude A=0.01mm) during equipment start-up to shutdown, with a shutdown time of 1.6 seconds. After the damper is installed on the equipment, it can quickly traverse the resonance zone during start-up and shutdown, maintaining balance without swaying. With a vibration isolation effect of ≥85%, this damper does not require anchoring to large concrete bases, can bear the total weight of the equipment, and can be installed on the ground, floors, or platforms. Additionally, it can be mounted without ground bolt fixation, significantly reducing the equipment installation time. It is a simple, speed-appropriate, and economically reasonable multi-functional universal damper with damping springs.
Our shock absorbers are made with 60Si2Mn spring steel, offering advantages such as fatigue resistance, high strength, large bearing capacity, and long service life.
