Vibration and noise of various types can affect the surrounding environment, harm human health, damage buildings, and reduce the accuracy of machinery and equipment, particularly disrupting the operation of valuable instruments. Moreover, the vibration itself can cause damage to the machinery, shortening its lifespan. Therefore, using elastic elements to isolate vibration and prevent its transmission is an ideal method to eliminate vibration, protect the environment, buildings, machinery, and equipment.

Our vibration dampener design incorporates the characteristics of steel spring dampeners, overcoming the phenomenon of resonance at low damping ratios. It ensures that isolation efficiency remains high when the damping ratio is increased to 0.15-0.18 (with a higher damping ratio of 0.085). Thus, our dampener features the low-frequency characteristics of steel spring dampeners, providing isolation for mid-to-high and low-frequency disturbances, while also boasting the high damping ratio of rubber dampeners. It eliminates the resonance phenomenon unique to steel springs, protecting equipment from excitation (amplitude A=0.01mm) during start-up to shutdown, with a shutdown time of 1.6 seconds. Post-installation, the dampener allows for quick passage over the resonance zone during start-up and shutdown without swinging, achieving an isolation efficiency of ≥85%. This dampener eliminates the need for a large concrete foundation, can support the total weight of the equipment, and can be installed on the ground, floors, or platforms without the use of anchor bolts, significantly reducing equipment installation time. It is a simple, moderately priced, multi-functional universal damping spring hanger dampener.

Our shock absorbers are made with 60Si2Mn spring steel, offering advantages such as fatigue resistance, high strength, large load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
