Control System: PLC control with touch screen HMI, equipped with a high-definition TV monitor. Drive System: Whole machine drive with servo transmission, ensuring line speed accuracy, digital numbering; top waist sticker, bottom film using servo positioning cut, ensuring pattern and phase consistency. Tension System: Equipped with tension unwinding system, constant tension control, and material storage mechanism, material correction system. This constant tension system ensures stable material feeding at full speed, reducing the impact on material tension, and minimizing downtime. Safety System: Safety protection devices with emergency stop switches and safety signs are installed on the operating surface, and a safety pull cord is fitted on the rear transmission. High-frequency fans use soundproofing or noise reduction devices. Material Correction System: BST corrector (optional).
