Half-reinforced carbon black (carbon black) is a high-purity, large particle size, and moderately structured carbon black product produced by combustion cracking in a large-chamber furnace. Many properties of this product are similar to those of spray carbon black (carbon black). In situations where spray carbon black (carbon black) severely pollutes the environment, carbon black is replacing spray carbon black (carbon black) in many automotive parts and machine tool accessories due to its ease of control, large production volume, and low cost. Through scientific formula design, rubber products with the characteristics of spray carbon black (carbon black) are manufactured.
