Ripe tung oil

Application Areas: Indoor wooden flooring, wooden ceilings, sauna boards, wooden balusters; Outdoor wooden flooring, trellises, wooden cabins, pavilions, fences, wooden bridges, boats, chairs

Material Processing: Wood is cleaned and leveled, moisture content not exceeding 15%.

Application Method: Suggested to apply at temperatures above 5°C; if the product has high viscosity, it can be diluted by 10% with turpentine. Thoroughly mix until well blended; dipping, brushing, spraying, rolling, and wiping are all acceptable methods. This product is suitable for all visible oil-based color card systems if colorants need to be added.

Application Area: Theoretical Coverage: 16-19㎡ / 1 liter (one coat), wood absorption varies, resulting in different consumption.

Drying Time: Surface dry in 3-6 hours, fully dry in 12-24 hours.

Refined tung oil is derived from the seeds of the tung tree, which are first pressed to produce crude tung oil. This crude oil is then processed through a high-temperature refining and polymerization process to create a drying oil, known as refined tung oil.
