Base Material Processing: Wood is cleaned and leveled, moisture content not exceeding 15%.
Application Method: Recommend to apply at temperatures above 5°C. If the product has a high viscosity, add up to 10% turpentine for dilution. Stir thoroughly. Can be applied by dipping, brushing, spraying, rolling, or wiping. Suitable for all visible oil-based color card systems if color addition is needed.
Brushing Area: Theoretical brushing area is 16-19㎡ per liter (one coat), wood absorption varies, resulting in different paint consumption.
Drying Time: Surface dry in 3-6 hours, fully dry in 12-24 hours.
Refined tung oil is derived from the seeds of the tung tree, which are first pressed to produce raw tung oil. The raw tung oil is then processed through a high-temperature refining and polymerization process to create a drying oil, known as refined tung oil.
